Elite Pro Advisors LLC (“EPA”) provides personal and business funding assistance, credit-readiness services, and referral partnership opportunities.
Funding Services
EPA is an independent funding services company, not a bank or direct lender. Financing is provided by third-party lenders or funding providers, subject to their approval and underwriting requirements.
Submitting a funding pre-qualification form does not guarantee approval, a specific funding amount, interest rate, or repayment terms.
Credit Services
EPA assists clients with reviewing credit reports, identifying potentially inaccurate information, and improving funding readiness.
We do not guarantee credit score increases, removal of specific credit report items, or financing approval. Consumers may dispute inaccurate credit information directly with credit reporting agencies at no cost.
Applicable credit repair services are governed by separate written agreements and required consumer disclosures.
Fees and Compensation
Service fees, including applicable funding success fees, are disclosed in the client’s written agreement.
EPA may compensate eligible referral partners under separate agreements, where permitted by law. Partner registration does not automatically establish eligibility for commissions.
Credit Authorization
Submitting a website inquiry does not, by itself, authorize a hard credit inquiry. Any credit report access or lender application requiring authorization will be handled through the applicable consent process.
Third-Party Providers
EPA does not control lenders’ approval decisions, funding timelines, or financing terms. Applicants are responsible for reviewing all financing agreements before acceptance.
Privacy and Communications
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Electronic communications and text messages are subject to applicable consent requirements.
